Hi all

Just a reminder that the CBSC AGM will be held next Monday 18/7/22 at 7:00pm, followed by our monthly general meeting.

Please find attached:

1. 2022 AGM agenda including relevant papers (2021 AGM minutes and CBSC Constitution both old (listed as cbsc draft) and newly proposed - changes highlighted in yellow.
2. June 2022 minutes for confirmation at the general meeting (following the AGM)

If anyone prefers to make comments about the newly proposed constitution prior to the AGM, please don't hesitate to email them to me.  I will ensure they are taken to the meeting for discussion.

Any apologies for the meeting can be forwarded to me via return email.
